The Infinix Zero 4 Plus is a massive upgrade to the Zero3 not just in size. The smartphone offers a more powerful processor and the rear camera has been upgraded with Optical Image Stabilisation.

The Design and Display

The Infinix Zero 4 Plus comes with a similar design as the Zero4, just bigger. You still get a premium metal unibody with the fingerprint sensor on the back.

The Infinix Zero 4 is the third 6-incher in the Infinix Phones lineup, behind the Infinix Note 3 and Note 2. You get a 5.98-inch IPS Display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. The display is covered with 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

The Cameras

The Infinix Zero 4 cameras are offering major improvements. The rear camera still offers a 20.7 megapixels sensor and a 6-element lens system. However, you now get Optical Image Stabilisation for reduced photo blurs and shaky videos that result from your hand shaking.

You also get laser autofocus and larger f/2.0 aperture. The front facing camera also got a major overhaul from a 5 megapixels to a 13 megapixels camera. The camera offers a wide-angle lens for better selfies.

Hardware and Software

Infinix Zero 4 Plus runs Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) on the Mediatek Helio X20 chipset. The SoC features a Tricluster processor with a dual-core processor clocked at up to 2.1GHz and two quad-core processors clocked at up to 1.8GHz and 1.4GHz respectively.

You get 4GB of RAM, which combined with the high performance processor should make the smartphone run smoothly. Infinix Zero 4 Plus sports 32GB built-in storage and offers a dedicated slot for memory card. You can add an additional 128GB storage via the memory card slot.

Infinix Zero 4 Plus supports 4G LTE, though we cannot confirm the download speed capacity. However, the unboard chipset can support up to 300 Mbps. You also get 4000 mAh battery and fast charging.

Pricing and Availability

Infinix Zero 4 Plus is not yet available in Nigeria, Kenya, or Ghana, though we expect it to launch on Jumia during Black Friday Sales or at least before Christmas. You can buy the smartphone at leading online stores in the countries. Infinix Zero 4 Plus Price in Nigeria should range between 115,000 Naira and 150,000 Naira, depending on your location in the country.

You can also buy the Infinix Zero 4 Plus in Kenya when available at a cost of around 38,500 KSh. Price in Ghana should start at around GH₵ 1450.
